Responsibilities
- Manufacture custom home organization systems.
- Assist with installing custom closets, cabinets, and shelving – training provided!
- Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
- Operate woodworking machinery.
- Work on-site at customer homes with a friendly, supportive team.
- Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Help measure, cut, and fit parts with guidance from experienced team members.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
- Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
- Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.
Requirements
- Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Coachable and willing to take part in company-paid training and mentorship.
- We are looking for individuals interested in becoming skilled carpenters (with a pay increase).
- Customer-oriented, friendly, and punctual.
